In short
Pudelkasse does not collect any data. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone or iPad.
What the app stores on your device
- Club members (names, nicknames, club offices, join dates) that you enter
- Attendance, throws, fines, payments and spending of your Kegelabende
- Your Strafenkatalog, the Kegelfahrt goal and your settings
- Photos you choose to add: member portraits, receipts and a trip picture
This information lives only in the app's own storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. The developer cannot see it. A small summary (kitty, next evening and trip progress) is shared with the Pudelkasse Home Screen widget on the same device.
Camera and photo library
The camera is used only when you tap the camera button to take a member portrait, photograph a receipt or picture your trip destination. The photo library is used only to pick such a picture, or to save an evening report when you choose "Save Image". Pictures are downscaled and stored inside the app. You can refuse or revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, Pudelkasse schedules local notifications on your device before Kegelabend and when fines are still open. No push service or server is involved.
Money
Pudelkasse never handles real money and processes no payments. It is a notebook for the cash your treasurer collects.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools or advertising networks, and it does not share data with anyone.
Children
Pudelkasse is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Deleting your data
Use "Start a fresh season" or "Reload the sample club" in the app's settings, or simply delete the app. This removes all stored data and photos from your device.
